Matthew’s extensive experience of executive management in technology, sales and business development continues to aid Zedi in achieving the vision of becoming the Global Leader of Production Operation Management. Matt was engaged as a Director with the company prior to accepting his current position as President and CEO in 2006. In addition to his work at Zedi, Matt sits on the Board of Directors for Hansar Energy and as Executive Chairman of Blackbridge Corporation.
Matt is formally educated in electronic engineering technology at Algonquin College and business computing at the Anderkoch Institute.

 Larry Spagnolo As Senior Vice President of Market and Customer Solutions, Larry leads a team that is dedicated to all customer facing activities that include Marketing, Sales and Customer Care. He is responsible for building corporate brand equity, creating customer demand, enabling sales and increasing our value proposition to our customers. Larry brings over 25 years of executive management experience, helping organizations rapidly grow and profit. He is an active member in the community and sits on the Board of Governors at NAIT Polytechnic. Larry is a Graduate of the NAIT School of Business, Grant MacEwan University, The University of Toronto Rotman School of Business, and York University with studies in business and administration.

Toku contributes to Zedi’s long term vision by identifying technology trends and industry changes that create opportunity for growth. His experience includes research and development work for the US Army Human Engineering Lab and Rocket Dynamics. Toku holds a BSc, MSc and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Oklahoma State University.

His team enables Zedi growth by overseeing technical product development, efficient integration of acquisitions, and effective use of enterprise infrastructure. He brings 22 years of experience in domestic and international business, in technical, marketing and investment management roles, in a variety of industries. James is active in the community with youth and adults in a variety of sports and wellness activities, and sits on the Board of TR Labs. James holds an MSc in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Alberta.

 Grant Exner As head of Zedi’s Finance team, Grant is responsible for all accounting, taxation and financial reporting as well as risk management and treasury functions. Grant is a Chartered Accountant who brings 24 years of experience in executive, entrepreneurial and consulting roles spanning both the high tech and energy industries. Grant earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan before becoming a Chartered Accountant. He is also very active in the community, serving on two non-profit boards, and in youth sport initiatives as a competitive coach.
